Samantha Maldonado is an associate working on the firm's Transactional Group. Her primary focus is on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial financing, redevelopment projects, and condominium conversions.

Samantha obtained her Doctorate at Rutgers Law School in 2024. While attending law school, Samantha was a teaching fellow for Legal Analysis Writing and Research Skills, worked as a Student Attorney for the Child and Advocacy Lawyering Clinic and worked as a law clerk for CQC law. Prior to law school Samantha worked as a commercial real estate agent for CBRE , focusing mainly on landlord/tenant representation and building sales throughout New Jersey.
