Joseph joined The Cherami Law Firm LLC in 2012. Joseph’s passion for the legal field started early in his college years when he spent his summers at Cullen and Dykman, LLP in Brooklyn, NY and later McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP as a law clerk and summer associate. While at Pace Law School, Joseph interned at ITT Corporation with their in-house counsel department and started gravitating towards transactional law practice.
Joseph’s practice areas are primarily Real Estate matters, including residential real estate closings, property tax appeals, and condo conversions. Other areas of specialty include Estate Planning and Landlord/Tenant court.
